FESTIVERSE @ LIVE NATION

Designing a fan-first festival companion at scale

INTRODUCTION

Live Nation produces dozens of festivals worldwide, yet festival apps have historically been treated as short-term utilities. Rushed launches, inconsistent experiences, and webview-heavy builds led to fragmented fan journeys and no long-term engagement.

Festiverse shifts this model to a unified, scalable platform designed to support discovery, planning, social coordination, and on-site engagement across 30+ events in a way that reflects how fans actually experience festivals.

As the lead product designer, I owned the end-to-end design across Festiverse’s core fan experiences, from early concept through launch, shaping how fans plan, discover, and engage with festivals at scale. I defined the product’s interaction model, visual direction, and feature frameworks, translating complex requirements into intuitive, high-impact experiences that shipped.
